Deliver a high-touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise.
As an Advisor, you build strong connections, drive engagement, and help create a seamless and memorable end-to-end shopping journey.
Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
