About the role

Monitor production systems in real time, identify emerging issues, and drive resolution to ensure platform uptime and performance.
Support daily market operations, including system startup and shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain operational documentation and procedures that support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
Partner with engineering and development teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.

You will support real-time 24/7 technical operations, troubleshoot issues across production environments, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical or network operations.
3+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity-related issues.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical or network operations.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
Familiarity with scripting (Bash, regex) and tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Certifications relevant to systems operations or infrastructure management.
