About the role
- Our Valuation, Advisory/Analytics group is adding a new Real Estate Valuation Analyst to our team.
- This is a hybrid model position and will be based out of the Atlanta office.
- You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, gaining experience in the business of appraisal, appraisal review and appraisal management for all property types.
Responsibilities
- You will gain insights into property valuations and appraisals, working collaboratively with a diverse and accountable team as we deliver for our clients.
- You will learn and apply the administrative tasks that drive the Altus - client process appraisal process and gain insights into the market analysis and valuation of client.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; potential exposure to the CRE industry through internships.
- Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills to complete an end-to-end appraisal review. You are proficient Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models); familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours.
Nice to have
