About the role

  • Performance objectives Objective 1 - Monitor and protect tracking integrity Outcome: Reduced revenue leakage; faster discrepancy detection.
  • Typical tasks: Monitor TrackNow performance, postbacks, attribution gaps, and commission discrepancies daily.
  • Investigate tracking and attribution issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Commission accuracy across PFM systems, TrackNow, affiliate dashboards, and partner platforms.
  • Maintain and reconcile commission data across systems.
  • Lead technical tracking conversations directly with firms when needed.
  • Document reconciliation outcomes and methodology.
  • Maintain a case tracker with the owner, $ impact, next steps, deadlines, and status.
  • Drive cases to resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Stronger partner conversations; quantified commercial recommendations.
  • Own firm performance monitoring, attribution integrity, commission reconciliation, and partner-facing commercial analytics.
  • Objective 2 - Own reconciliation across systems Outcome: Commission accuracy across PFM systems, TrackNow, affiliate dashboards, and partner platforms.

  • Familiarity with TrackNow or similar attribution / affiliate platforms.
  • Experience handling firm-facing or client-facing data conversations.
  • Reporting cadence Reports to: Head of Data & Analytics.
  • Direct reports: None.
  • Upward reporting cadence: Daily standup with RevOps Manager

  • monthly performance summary to Head of D&A.
