About the role

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.

Maintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
May cross train to perform other duties
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
