About the role
- Your career starts now as an entry-level or experienced RBT who will collectively change the lives of our little patients.
- In this role, BTs/RBTs are eligible for Bloomwell's long-term incentive program.
- Team members can earn performance-base d bonuses totaling up to $10,800, in addition to their hourly pay and scheduled wage progression increases.

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
- Guaranteed Full-Time Hours - We promise to provide you full-time compensation regardless of patient cancellations because that is the right thing to do to support our teammates.
- Direct support and guidance from a dedicated treatment team of one BCBA and a united team of RBTs.

Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles.
- Psychology degree helpful.
- Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
