Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through proof-of-concept to close, serving as the technical lead throughout the process.
- Lead product demos and technical evaluations, translating customer infrastructure and operational challenges into actionable solutions using Resolve AI's platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and improve technical messaging.
- Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, playbooks, and sales engineering tools to support a repeatable, scalable and high velocity GTM motion.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, or AI.
- Experienced with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Kubernetes, with a strong understanding of DevOps practices in cloud-native environments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Adaptable, self-starter mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
