About the role
- Symmetrio is recruiting a Senior Technical Program Manager for our client, a leader in oncology software innovation.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong program coordination and organizational skills, along with technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams.
- Working closely with the CTO and Engineering leadership, you'll play a key role in driving a disciplined, predictable software development process.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end software program delivery, ensuring successful execution against committed milestones, including validation readiness, feature readiness, and preparation for the first customer go-live.
- Establish and drive the software delivery operating rhythm, including sprint cadence, delivery metrics, velocity tracking, scope management, and release processes to improve execution, transparency, and predictability.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, driving timely resolution, removing obstacles, and escalating with clear context, impact, and recommended actions when needed.
Compensation
- This is a full-time position with a base salary up to $180,000.

- Experience working in healthcare IT or other regulated industries strongly preferred, with an understanding of environments where quality, compliance, validation, and operational reliability are critical.
