- As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader and trusted partner to some of the world's largest technology companies and mission-critical clients.
- You'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects-guiding mechanical design from concept through execution while ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and performance.
- In this role, you will lead project teams, provide direction across disciplines, and take ownership of the most complex design challenges-performing advanced calculations, overseeing technical documentation, and ensuring quality across all deliverables.
- Beyond project delivery, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing engineers across the team, elevating technical capability, and influencing best practices.

Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Proven experience leading complex projects and engineering teams
- Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical expert
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience
- Strong track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team performance
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and driving effective solutions
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead client and team interactions
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Nice to have
- Data Center experience (preferred)
- Central utility or large-scale infrastructure experience (preferred)
- Revit experience (preferred)
