  • As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader and trusted partner to some of the world's largest technology companies and mission-critical clients.
  • You'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects-guiding mechanical design from concept through execution while ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and performance.
  • In this role, you will lead project teams, provide direction across disciplines, and take ownership of the most complex design challenges-performing advanced calculations, overseeing technical documentation, and ensuring quality across all deliverables.
  • Beyond project delivery, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing engineers across the team, elevating technical capability, and influencing best practices.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about:
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and engineering teams
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical expert
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Strong track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team performance
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and driving effective solutions
  • Working collaboratively with others.
  • Having ownership in the work you do.
  • Using your talents to positively affect communities.
  • You bring to the team:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead client and team interactions
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Nice to have

  • Data Center experience (preferred)
  • Central utility or large-scale infrastructure experience (preferred)
  • Revit experience (preferred)
