Support and partner with Recruiters to provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse.
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure alignment on interview schedules, expectations, and candidate feedback timelines.
Support sourcing efforts as needed, including light pipeline-building through LinkedIn and other channels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The People Team Coordinator will support hiring across all Skyryse teams and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
This individual will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS.
Beyond recruiting support, this role will also assist the broader People Team with day-to-day HR functions as needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, sourcing, HR, or administrative role.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.

Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Prior experience in a start-up, aerospace, or other high-growth technical environment.

Hourly Rate: $35 - $45
