About the role
- We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with manufacturing experience to join our dynamic and growing team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading retail fixture rollouts from concept to completion.
- You'll be the central link between internal teams and the client, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities
- OWN THE PROJECT ROADMAP Drive project schedules from design to installation.
- Ensure all phases are aligned across Estimation, Design, Procurement, Production, and Logistics.
- CLIENT EXPERIENCE LEAD Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication, clear updates, and swift problem resolution.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION Collaborate closely with internal departments to remove roadblocks, anticipate risks, and ensure execution is seamless across the chain.
- Manage change orders professionally and with full traceability.
- You've demonstrated an ability to manage complex timelines, flag risks early, and provide crisp communication.
- Hyper-organized and able to manage multiple workstreams
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, ideally in manufacturing, fixtures, or construction
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing national rollout programs is a strong asset
- BY 3 MONTHS: You have fully taken ownership of active projects and have built strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to rally teams toward a common goal
- ON-TIME, ON-BUDGET, NO EXCUSES You are accountable for delivering projects that meet our quality standards-on time and within budget, every time.

- Familiar with production timelines, supply chain coordination, and installation logistics
- Fluent in both English and French (preferred)
- Able to travel for site visits, installs, and client meetings as needed
