Responsibilities

  • Execute feasibility, verification, and validation tests; consolidate and evaluate test results; develop & continuously improve test equipment and global procedures.
  • Demonstrated drive (energy, determination, motivation) and a can-do mentality
  • Proven analytical and engineering expertise (Design for Six Sigma, Finite Element Analysis)

Nice to have

  • Higher degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (BSc, MSc) combined with relevant work experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English

Skills

  • Assist with analysis and resolution of customer quality issues
  • Propose suggestions for product and department improvements
  • Define technical requirements and track fulfillment
  • 3D-CAD and technical drafting, preferably SolidWorks
  • Hands-on product development, including use of basic shop equipment and machine tools and 3D printers
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
