About the role

- Computer generate packing slips/ shippers, export papers and master bills daily based on load sheets received from production control manager.
- Run UPS shipping labels and transmit info to UPS daily, using the UPS on-line.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Future 111 files as needed.
- Maintain barcodes.
- Maintain shipping instruction book.
- Enter and maintain customer orders, and service files.
- Maintains company /customer routing guide and post information in a timely manner.
- Maintains the latest revision levels of customer packaging, label;ing, and shipping reference guides.
- Manage credit hold list.
- Maintain weekly customer spreadsheet of orders for Paccar.
- Update/Maintain New Launch Requirements weekly
- Perform daily 5S audits
Requirements
- Maintain inventory on required dunnage.
- One to three years related experience and/ or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
