About the role

  • Supervise a team of medical assistants and certified nurse's assistants to ensure top level patient care in busy Medical Oncology/Hematology Department.
  • Ensuring the needs of providers are met.
  • Making sure staff are following all clinic policies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills, EMR's, Word, Excel.
  • Meetings as required.
  • 3 + years experience as a medical assistant or patient care assistant required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Good communication both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer skills, EMR's, Word, Excel.
  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8-5

Nice to have

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation

  • Initiating annual performance reviews.
