About the role
- Supervise a team of medical assistants and certified nurse's assistants to ensure top level patient care in busy Medical Oncology/Hematology Department.
- Ensuring the needs of providers are met.
- Making sure staff are following all clinic policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, EMR's, Word, Excel.
- Meetings as required.
- 3 + years experience as a medical assistant or patient care assistant required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Good communication both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer skills, EMR's, Word, Excel.
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8-5
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

- Initiating annual performance reviews.
