  • This role monitors team performance and productivity, assists with staffing and cross-training decisions, and ensures that equipment is maintained and operational issues are escalated before they become disruptions to fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor assigned activities and tasks associated with warehouse operations across receiving, distribution, and material handling
  • support training and cross-training of warehouse team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Assist with determining staff levels and assessing daily workload; support training and cross-training of warehouse team members.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted.
  • Operation of forklift and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Ability to lift and push up to 55 lbs unassisted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (NetSuite / High Jump a plus).

Compensation

  • An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
