Responsibilities
- The Marketing Specialist II will work with the tracking, reporting and coordination of marketing campaigns, programs and research in support of university marketing initiatives.
- Develop, track and analyze research specific to university programs and partnerships.
- Develops surveys, focus groups etc. to test the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Plans and implements action items in response to research findings.
- Develops and implements marketing plans in support of programs and partnerships
- Builds and maintains dashboards and reports in Excel and Adobe Analytics to track campaign performance and program KPIs.
- Develops and implements procedures/processes/checklists in support of programs, partnerships and research initiatives in collaboration with key university project managers
- Creates plans, tracks results and measures progress.
- Develops marketing strategies and integrated plans in support of program and partnership objectives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related degree required.
- Advanced Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Department Specific Minimum Qualifications
- experience and training
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling) and hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics; comfortable turning raw data into actionable reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation
- $56,500.00 - $84,700.00
