Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U) Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

Requirements
- Possess Ten (10 )+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required
- Experience with DevOps, AWS

Compensation
- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
- We offer competitive compensation, benefits and learning and development opportunities.
- The proposed salary range for this position is:
- 127,900-180,000
