About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of creators and media companies, developing new partnership opportunities and supporting them to grow their channels and audience.
- Execute against key distribution and product adoption metrics, helping partners understand and adopt YouTube products or features.
- Implement strategic projects, including workshops, events, and initiatives, to share best practices with partners and peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
