Responsibilities
- AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel.
- Full Lifecycle Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to calibrate profiles and refine the search strategy in real-time.
- Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design.
- As a Technical Sourcer, you won't just be filling seats; you'll be the primary architect of the talent pipeline that builds the future of our Product and Engineering teams!
