Responsibilities
- Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility's equipment operates efficiently
- Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production
- Experience a vibrant culture with 5-star ratings from most of our employees.
Nice to have
- Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)
- ⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)
Compensation
- 💰 Annual salary starting at 80K (based on experience)
