Requirements
- Undergraduate degree coupled with 2-3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, results-oriented and able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling high volume of requests.
- This involves delivering timely and professional support, issue resolution, incident management, knowledge sharing to enhance user proficiency, and address user inquiries.
- Support ad hoc training and communication to users or user groups as required to ensure the effective use of the finance systems and contribute to the build of a self-serve support environment.
