About the role

  • This role will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships when applicable.
  • Drive accountability and timely resolution of project challenges.
  • Support change management and project adoption activities.

  • Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.
  • We are seeking an experienced 7- 12 year of experience as Project Manager to support the MEC Customer Ancillary Program.

  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

Compensation

  • The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $110000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
