About the role
- This role works hands-on in the grow rooms performing daily tasks such as transplanting, pruning, watering, pest monitoring, and harvesting.
- The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, consistency in following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a passion for plant care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of executed tasks.
- Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
- General tool, hardware, ladder and building skills.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and adaptability.
- shift the cannabis narrative and create something better.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D required.
- Experience or knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture desirable.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which requires pre-employment background check.
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to use a 12' extension ladder.
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing or laborer experience preferred.
