- Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs while supporting empowered product teams through effective prioritization and decision-making.
- Partner with sales, growth, engineering, design, customers, and leadership teams to understand market dynamics and identify strategic investments.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing product portfolios in technology-driven organizations.
- Experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including agentic AI, generative AI, natural language processing, large language models, or advanced analytics deployed at scale.
- Experience using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate product development and engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, roadmap development, user research, and customer-focused innovation.
- Ability to coach and mentor product professionals while influencing broader organizational practices.
Nice to have
- Experience working with military or intelligence communities and familiarity with government acquisition cycles is preferred.
- Active TS or TS/SCI clearance is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- Competitive annual salary range of $174,632–$261,949 USD, based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and organizational factors.
