- The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans
- Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)
- Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines

Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- master's or doctoral degree preferred
- Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
Compensation
- consists of base salary plus bonus.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
- $112,916.58 - $136,281 USD
