About the role

Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico.
This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources.
This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package.

Lead the administration and coordination of employee relations activities across the operation.
Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance management processes and expectations
Oversee attendance management processes and support leaders with complex attendance concerns.
Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and workforce stability.
Support HR audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.

At least 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Experience participating in workplace investigations, accommodations and conflict resolution activities.
Knowledge of employment legislation, human rights legislation, and workplace accommodation requirements.
Familiarity with FIFO workforce environments is considered an asset.

The base salary range for this position is CAD$111,000 - $124,000 per year, depending on skills, experience,
and qualifications.
This role is eligible to participate in the Company's annual short term incentive program. The target annual
bonus for this position is 15% of base salary, subject to individual and company performance.
