  • You will play a vital role in the member experience by managing check-ins, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the front desk operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, provide information on class schedules, and process POS transactions for retail items and guest fees.
  • Facility Support: Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.

Requirements

  • Schedule Availability: Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Professionalism: A courteous demeanor and the ability to multitask in a high-end, busy club environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with POS or scheduling software is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • CPR/AED certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable walking throughout the facility and performing light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for stocking supplies.
