About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while achieving daily production goals.
- Production Expectations: Employees are assigned a daily production target based on the number and type of shower doors scheduled for assembly and are expected to meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards.

- The Assembler I builds a variety of shower door products using assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and bills of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately perform measurements and calculations, including converting decimals to fractions.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Requirements
- Apply required labels, tags, and identification markings to components and finished products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production expectations.

Nice to have
- Minimum one (1) year of construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or related assembly experience preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and basic shop equipment.
