About the role
- Seeking a full-time Resident Care Coordinator to work with our Care Director to assist with management and supervision of care services to our Assisted Living residents, based in the San Diego, CA area.
- This involves providing direct care, supervising, and educating the caregivers.
- Supervise the caregiving operations consistent with the organization's standards, mission, and goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to Resident Care personnel who maintain the daily environment of residential care.
- May assist with hire, performance-manage and schedule staff as appropriate.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Nice to have
- Completion of required specialized Nursing coursework for certification or certification (RN, LPN or LVN) is a plus Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
Skills
- Excellent resource management, computer, record keeping, interpersonal, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
