About the role
- The Director, Payer Sales is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth within the healthcare payer market for AMN Language Services solutions.
- This is a national sales role requiring experience selling directly to healthcare payers and engaging executive stakeholders within large payer organizations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant sales experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven success in new business development and enterprise sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and procurement processes
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Compensation
- $101,000 - $126,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
