About the role
- The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth movement of work orders throughout the organization.
- This position will work closely with the Planner, Supervisor, and Production Associates to customer request dates are met.
- Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Support line Associate, allowing them to focus on building parts
- Lead lean activities to drive improvements in our core KPI's.
- The Company's electric motors and air moving subsystems provide the power to create motion.
- The Company's automation offering, comprised of controls, actuators, drives, and precision motors, controls motion in applications ranging from factory automation to precision control in surgical tools.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing, preferably, and 5 years minimum relevant manufacturing experience
- Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
Nice to have
- Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred
Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with being results driven.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
