Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation and basic janitorial operations at our Louisville, Kentucky facility.
- Remove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Support production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operation
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

Nice to have
- Your schedule includes weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with one 8‑hour weekday shift.
- This will be a 4-day work week.
- Weekend shifts consist of three 12‑hour overnight shifts and one weekday 8-hour shift.
- Additional shifts may be added based on business needs.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility surfaces
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning
- Follow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards

- Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipment
