About the role
- Every implementation involves ERP integration, product category mapping, permit source configuration, data migration, and on-site training - and you'll be the person who makes all of that happen.
- Post-launch, you'll handle customizations: new reports, routing rules, data transformations, and one-off integrations.
- You'll work closely with founders, engineers, and the dealers using our product every day.
Responsibilities
- Build custom reports, workflows, and data transformations in our data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Postgres) when standard configuration doesn't cover the need
- Technical Exercise: SQL, integration design, and a customer scenario walkthrough (~1.5 hours)
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Data Engineering, or similarly hands-on technical customer-facing role
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data transformation tooling such as dbt, Airbyte
- Comfort with APIs and integrations - REST, auth flows, pagination, rate limits, and debugging flaky endpoints
- Familiarity with (or strong interest in) construction supply ERPs such as BisTrack, DMSi Agility, or ECI Spruce
