Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of workflows for the Records area.
  • Manage the maintenance of major declarations and provide support for all curriculum updates.
  • Support compliance efforts related to I-20 Production.
  • Support the university's data stewardship and data integrity efforts related to student records.

Requirements

  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by leadership.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • M inimum of two to three (2-3) years of related experience.
  • E xperience managing and supervising teams.
  • Experience working with a variety of constituents in a customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and computational skills.
  • A bility to solve problems, organize time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
  • Master's Degree
  • Higher education experience
  • Data report writing experience

Compensation

  • Salary & Benefits: $60,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience
