Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of workflows for the Records area.
- Manage the maintenance of major declarations and provide support for all curriculum updates.
- Support compliance efforts related to I-20 Production.
- Support the university's data stewardship and data integrity efforts related to student records.
Requirements
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by leadership.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- M inimum of two to three (2-3) years of related experience.
- E xperience managing and supervising teams.
- Experience working with a variety of constituents in a customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and computational skills.
- A bility to solve problems, organize time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Master's Degree
- Higher education experience
- Data report writing experience
Compensation
- Salary & Benefits: $60,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience
