About the role
- Known for our iconic double-bubble bottle, we grow, harvest, package, and market fresh pomegranates, pomegranate arils, and a selection of delicious pomegranate-blended juices and teas.
- With over 9,000 acres in California's Central Valley, POM Wonderful is committed to unleashing the antioxidant power of our handpicked pomegranates.
- This role is responsible for overseeing a complex multi-product portfolio including fresh fruit, arils, juice, and concentrate operations across domestic and international markets.

- Under the direction of the VP of Fresh Operations, the Director of Supply Chain provides end-to-end leadership and ownership of the supply chain to support harvest, production, storage, and distribution objectives.
- With nearly two million pomegranate trees in Central California, we grow, handpick and juice our own pomegranates to ensure the highest quality.
Requirements
- Travel to fields, production facilities, and third-party logistics sites as required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations within agricultural, food manufacturing, or processing environments
- Strong financial skills and knowledge, including the ability to use factual data to make decisions and ensure profitability
- Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Agriculture, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably within agriculture, food, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting seasonal and high-volume production operations preferred
Compensation
- $165k-$185k

- Compensation- $165,000 - $185,000 Salary - which may include a discretionary bonus.
