Responsibilities
- Remotely support and troubleshoot our end user's problems
- Support the Network infrastructure locally in the Toronto office
- Maintain enterprise systems and company IT assets such as servers and desktops
- Handle jira support ticket requests that come in
- Confidence to maintain office IT infrastructure on their own, as needed
Requirements
- Experience with macOS administration and support
- Experience with machine and account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Experience with AV systems and photo/video editing

- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
