Requirements
- Solid knowledge of enterprise software systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on both technical and business topics, including delivering short, prepared presentations when required
- Ability to understand a business need and explore it with questions, and translate that business need into appropriate technical requirements
- Experience with the airline or travel industry is a significant asset.
- Five or more years of experience in one of the following roles:

- Overview As an Implementation Consultant, you will help our airline clients to implement our software, and to get the most value out of it during active usage.
- You will work with clients on requirements gathering and analysis as well as hands-on software configuration, testing, end user training, and support.
- Using extensive product knowledge and good communication and relationship-building skills, you will provide white-glove service, establishing trust and credibility quickly and acting as an advisor throughout the client's use of the software.
