Creation Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician 2 to join our Rochester team in a hands on role supporting advanced electronics manufacturing operations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $30 - 40/hour. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.

Nice to have

Execute scheduled maintenance activities while ensuring equipment performance meets operational and safety standards.
3+ years of maintenance or technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing equipment.
Working knowledge of lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures and general workplace safety standards.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
