About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with TMS platforms, carrier and 3PL APIs, EDI feeds and visibility providers
- Build streaming pipelines that process shipment events in near real time and keep shipment state accurate
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in the Bay Area, CA and are expected to report to our Pleasanton office 5 days a week.
Nice to have
- Turn customer-specific integrations into reusable connectors and product components
- Work with forward deployed teams on customer go-lives and escalations
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineers
- Built transportation, logistics or visibility software, ideally at a vendor such as Oracle (OTM), Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, e2open, project44, FourKites, Descartes, Flexport or Samsara
- Experience with event streaming and real-time data (Kafka, Pub/Sub or similar)
- Working knowledge of EDI, carrier APIs, TMS data models and freight operations
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- geospatial data and graph data models are a plus
Compensation
- $160,000-$220,000 salary annually.
- Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
