About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program and project action plans/timelines
- Develop targeted media lists and pitch angles
- Support influencer programs, including influencer audits, contracting and content development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proven media relations experience
- 2-3 years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency setting and/or within the healthcare industry
- Strong writing, editing, presentation and research skills.
- Ability to drive client relationships, provide strategic and tactical advice, provide thoughtful analysis on news coverage, identify proactive opportunities, craft materials including press releases, pitches and social media content, and reference/source material content is highly desirable
- Creative, team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in developing integrated communications skills incorporating digital and social media
Compensation
- $62,000 - $71,000 USD
- Generous time off including PTO, Holidays, Annual Wellness Break, Summer Fridays and Personal Days
- Bi-annual Wellness Credits, up to $300 per year
- The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
- The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.
