About the role

  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of programmatic data to generate high-level briefs, executive reports, and grant deliverables for internal leadership and external funders.

Responsibilities

  • Project ECHO has an amazing opportunity for a Strategic Support Manager to join the New Mexico and US National Programs Team!
  • The Strategic Support Manager will serve as the Deputy to the New Mexico and US National Programs Team's Executive Lead, providing high-level strategic support and leadership.
  • Directly supporting and managing the implementation of Project ECHO's strategic direction and goals and working with ECHO leadership to implement strategy across programs and optimize impact.
  • Developing and overseeing stakeholder and partner engagement strategies to meet communities where they are.
  • Overseeing the operational execution of a diverse portfolio of NM and US-based ECHO programs, ensuring high-quality curriculum design, fidelity to the ECHO model, and effective replication.
