Contract Management: Work within company systems to manage and ensure the accuracy of customer contracts.
Load, Deliver & Install Equipment: to a variety of customer sites for emergencies or scheduled events, sometimes requiring long drives or overnight stays.
Customer-Facing - Support the local sales staff as an additional leader in the market to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

Strong desire to deepen your expertise in contract management and branch management, HVAC service, and leadership responsibilities.
When & Where You'll Work Branch-Based - Primarily based at the branch, but travel may be required for regional support and training.
Set Schedule with 24/7 Availability - You'll have a regular schedule, but on-call shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays - will be required.
As a Branch Coordinator, you are the last line of defense in ensuring customer needs are always met - even if that means stepping in yourself to get the job done.
What It Takes: Experience - 1+ years of experience in operations, dispatch, or a leadership role in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industries (or 1+ year experience as Field HVAC technician) Dispatch and Scheduling Skills - Proven ability to manage dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demands and team productivity goals.
Tech Proficiency - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is a plus.
Customer Service Skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
Organizational Skills - Highly detail-oriented and expert multi-tasker.
Tech Proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
Safety Focus - Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
Clean Driving Record - Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving history.

$ 24.00 - $32.50 per hour based upon experience, plus performance bonus opportunities What You'll Do: Support Sales Activity - Create quotes and proposals when needed.
