About the role

Florida Institute of Technology is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II and the Sunshine State Conference (SSC).
Cooperates fully with the University in promoting the Program, the University's Athletics Advancement fundraising efforts, the University itself, the University's Alumni Association, and other University-affiliated organizations.

Performs additional duties and special projects as directed by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics in support of the department's mission and strategic priorities
Organizes, implements, and oversees all regular practice sessions and competitions, and is present at each.
Develops, instructs, and motivates scholar-athletes in fundamentals, techniques, and strategies to achieve high-level performance, both individually and as a team, specializing in sprints, jumps, hurdles, and multis.
Develops fundraising activities and events to supplement the program's budget needs.
