About the role
- The Director of Operations primary function is to coordinate and execute all steps necessary to initiate program start up and achievement of operative goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute FTE models according to program guidelines.
- Assist local marketing team develop marketing plans to identify new business opportunities and promote services.
- Meet regularly with marketing staff to target efforts in the immediate local market to identify potential new referral contacts, maintain regular contact with referral sources, share business leads and assist with service recovery as needed.
- Establish strong working relationships with local contractors and maintain current knowledge of active contract terms and clauses.
- This position will help lead our teams in the Oconomowoc PHP/IOP campuses Silver Lake and Silver Lake North.
Nice to have
- Experience with business contract maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with business development is preferred.
