About the role
- Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for Sr.
- Client Services Coordinators to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office.
- In addition, you will exercise independent judgment within the overall objectives set by management to routinely make decisions with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Acquires and maintains high level of knowledge in the basics of all processes and procedures established in assigned area of responsibility.
- Maintains acceptable levels of productivity, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
- Provides input for improving and streamlining current procedures and becomes actively involved in the planning and implementation of new processes and procedures. Creates documentation to support new procedures.
- Acts as first level support for customer and client systems.
- Volunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year

Compensation
- This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
- Hiring Salary Range: $20.06/hr - $24.64/hr.
