About the role
- The Communications Specialist plays a vital role in advancing Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's brand and reputation through strategic, engaging communications.

Responsibilities
- This position collaborates with stakeholders across the University to develop compelling content, support media relations, manage internal communications, and promote institutional priorities across a variety of platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills, sound news judgment, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Required Education & Experience
- Demonstrated experience writing, editing, and creating content across multiple communication platforms.

Compensation
- Retirement Contributions: ERAU contributes 6% of your base salary to your retirement plan and offers a 4% matching contribution – with no vesting period.
