Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of operational dashboards through stakeholder enablement, usability improvements, and governance; achieve active use by at least 80% of designated Managed Services leaders and operational users.
  • Lead complex code, query, interoperability and application performance investigations for Managed Services customers and offerings; serve as the escalation point for high-impact performance issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, application support, performance engineering, data engineering or managed services, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including semantic models, access controls, deployment governance and executive dashboard development.
  • Experience defining enterprise KPIs, establishing data governance, reconciling source data and communicating operational findings to technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS, IRIS for Health, HealthShare, Caché, or Ensemble, including SQL and ObjectScript development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex query, database, interoperability and application-performance investigations and convert findings into measurable improvements.
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning or generative AI to analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, summarization or decision support, including validation and operational controls.
  • Healthcare IT, HIE, EMPI, interoperability, cloud operations or IT service management experience preferred.
