About the role

First Connect is looking for an Account Manager focused and responsible for the growth and increase in production of already onboarded agents.
The Account Manager will also need to be well versed in P&C insurance with an in-depth understanding of the industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of P&C experience including working with Independent Agents
Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
Must be able to understand and review agency qualifications for appointments and make recommendations on appointments
Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial lines
ability to collaborate is a must, but you must be able to work autonomously and are expected to succeed without heavy direction
