About the role
- We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Millwright to join our team at our remanufacturing facility in Tarrant, Alabama.
- This role is responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment.
- The Industrial Maintenance Millwright plays a critical role in ensuring machinery uptime, operational efficiency, and workplace safety through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Equipment Support
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and manufacturing equipment
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment
- Bearings, belts, conveyors, motors, and drives
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues effectively
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Background check required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of at least 25 pounds
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, or similar manufacturing roles preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
