About the role
- You will work closely with data scientists, data analysts, and other data engineers to ensure data is processed, stored, and analyzed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex data solutions and managing the organization's data infrastructure.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Develop and implement data integration and data transformation processes.
- Implement and maintain data security measures.
- Lead and mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
Requirements
- You will need to have extensive technical skills and experience in designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to understand data requirements and provide data in the required format.
Skills
- Build and manage databases and data models.
- Evaluate new data technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
- Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
